Peab to build a shopping centre in Värmland, near the Norwegian border |

Peab has won the contract to build a new shopping centre in Charlottenberg, a small village in Värmland on the road between Arvika and Kongsvinger, close to the Norwegian border. It is a turn-key contract amounting to SEK 190 million and the client is the Olav Thon-group. The building will be constructed in one stage of 27,000 square metres aimed for shopping. The work has started and it is estimated to be ready in October 2006. Peab is already building a similar shopping centre in the small village of Töcksfors, 60 kilometres south of Charlottenberg between Oslo and Karlstad. The client is also here the Olav Thon-group and this will be opened in October 2005. |
