Peab subsidiary Kungsfiskaren has been commissioned to conduct an interior renovation of 376 apartments in Nacka, a community in the Stockholm area. Customer is Diligentia and the contract sum amounts to SEK 85 million. It is a turnkey-contract, which starts in January 2009 and work is expected to be completed in spring 2011.
