Peab AB makes offer document public

Peab AB (publ) (“Peab”) has made public the offer document concerning Peab’s public offer to the shareholders and convertible holders in Peab Industri AB (publ) (“Peab Industri”). 

The offer document concerning Peab’s public offer to the shareholders and convertible holders in Peab Industri AB to transfer all the shares and convertibles in Peab Industri to Peab will be sent to all the directly registered shareholders in Peab Industri and will be provided free of charge at Peab, address Margretetorpsvägen 84, SE-260 92 Förslöv and at Swedbank, address Regeringsgatan 13, SE-105 34 Stockholm. The offer document will also be available at www.fi.se, Peabs website and www.swedbank.se/prospekt.

The offer document has been prepared in Swedish. An English translation of the summary of the offer document will be available free of charge at Peab, address Margretetorpsvägen 84, SE-260 92 Förslöv and at Swedbank, address Regeringsgatan 13, SE-105 34 Stockholm and will be available at www.fi.se, Peabs website and www.swedbank.se/prospekt. On 17 November 2008 Peab will release an interim report for the period January – September 2008. For this reason Peab intends to apply for approval and registration at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority of a so called supplementary prospectus, which will be published on Peab’s and Swedbank’s websites. In addition to the interim report the supplementary prospectus will also contain an account of Peab’s capitalisation and net debt/equity ratio per 30 September 2008.
