Peab AB publishes addition to the offer document |

Peab AB (publ) ("Peab") makes additions to earlier published offer to the shareholders and holders of convertibles in Peab Industri AB (publ) ("Peab Industri"). The addition of the offer document has been prepared on the grounds that Peab 17 November 2008 published the interim report for the period January to September 2008. The addition contains, besides former interim report, a summary of Peab capitalization and net debt at 30 September 2008. As a statement regarding the offer from the Board of Peab Industri, not was announced in the offer document, has such a statement not been included in the offer document.
