Peab makes supplementary prospectus public

Peab AB (publ) (“Peab”) makes the supplement to the previously released prospectus concerning Peab’s public offer to the shareholders of Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Annehem Fastigheter”) public.

The supplement to the prospectus has been drawn up as a result of the statement released on 3 June 2009 by the Board of Annehem Fastigheter concerning Peab’s public offer. The supplement also contains the opinion commissioned by the Board of Annehem Fastigheter from ABG Sundal Collier ASA. 

The supplementary prospectus is available electronically at www.fi.se, www.peab.se and www.swedbank.se/prospekt. It is only available in Swedish.
