Peab signs construction maintenance contract with Dalkia |

Peab has signed a nationwide contract with Dalkia that covers construction maintenance work and smaller contract jobs. Peab Construction Maintenance already has nationwide contracts with the Swedish Post Office, Folksam, Stadium and others. Peab Construction Maintenance provides building maintenance and reparation, service to real estate companies and industry, does insurance work as well as smaller contract work and plumbing replacement. The contract with Dalkia stretches to 30 April 2012 and is expected to generate more than SEK 100 million in assignments for Peab. Dalkia is one of the leading suppliers of real estate and industry related support services. The company has net sales of some SEK 2 billion.
