Redistribution of senior officers’ shareholdings in Peab

Jan Johansson, Vice President, Mats Johansson Deputy CEO, Jesper Göransson Deputy CEO and Mats Leifland Deputy CEO, have redistributed their privately owned shares in Peab to four endowment insurances controlled by each individual respectively.

The private sales of Peab shares and the acquisitions by their respective endowment insurances of Peab shares are as follows: 259,000 shares for Jan Johansson; 115,000 shares for Mats Johansson; 128,000 shares for Jesper Göransson and 200,000 shares for Mats Leifland.

Finansinspektionen’s  (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) regulations do not require reporting holdings in endowment insurance. Therefore only the private sales of shares have been reported to Finansinspektionen.

The above transactions do not entail any changes in each individual’s equity exposure in Peab.
