Peab and Skövdebostäder build 206 flats in Skövde |

Peab has been commissioned to build a new housing area with 206 flats at Käpplunda Park in Skövde. The client is Skövdebostäder and the contract amounts to SEK 197 million. It is a turn key contract, which Peab won together with ABAKO arkitektkontor. Work will begin when zoning has gained legal force. Moving in will be with a first stage during the summer 2010 and remaining stages during 2012.
