Peab signs framework contract with Vattenfall

ATS Kraftservice AB, which is a subsidiary to Peab, has once again been entrusted as the main supplier of electricity grid services to Vattenfall Eldistribution AB in northern Sweden and the Stockholm region. The contract runs for three years and is worth SEK 150 million.

The contract starts on January 1, 2022, comprises projects on the local grid, and runs until December 31, 2024. Thereafter the contract runs on an option of one year at a time but no longer than December 31, 2027.

“We’re very happy that Vattenfall will continue to rely on Peab to deliver electricity grid services. We’ve had a similar contract and look forward to continuing to develop our collaboration for the next three years at the very least,” says Staffan Gustavsson, MD of ATS Kraftservice AB.

The procurement process consisted of different parts with focus on, among other things, price and quality.

The project was order registered in the third quarter 2021.
