Peab has been commissioned to build an office and apartment building in Jyväskylä, Finland. The customers are Järvi-Suomen Asunnot Oy and Royal-House Oy and the contract is worth EUR 21 million.
The building will be 16,373 m2 with three floors of offices and four floors with 80 apartments. The ground floor will contain a grocery store.
This is a turnkey contract and construction begins in November 2018. The building is expected to be ready for occupation in August 2020.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
