Peab has been commissioned to build 130 new rental apartments for ÖrebroBostäder AB in Örebro. The contract is worth SEK 224 million.
The contract consists of building five new apartment buildings with a parking garage and bomb shelter underneath with 32 shelters.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction is planned to start in December 2021 and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2021.
