Peab has been commissioned to build apartments in Järvenpää. The customer is Avain Rakennuttaja Oy and the contract is worth EUR 11 million.
The project entails building three high-rises with a total of 77 apartments in Järvenpää north of Helsinki.
“We really look forward to starting up collaboration with Avain Rakennuttaja and building these homes in Järvenpää,” says Marko Rinkinen, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in October 2021 and the project is expected to be completed in February 2023.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2021.
