Peab has signed a contract with Kunskapsporten to build a new swimming pool and fitness center in Snurrom in Kalmar. The contract is worth SEK 500 million.
The new swimming pool and fitness center will include a family pool, a swimming pool, two training pools, a rehab pool, gym, spa and restaurant. All in all it will total 15,000 m2 gross area.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will start at the end of 2021 and the facility is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2021.
