Peab has been commissioned to build 109 apartments in Limhamn in Malmö. The customer is HSB Projekt i Malmö AB and the contract is worth SEK 254 million.
Peab will build HSB Brf Krita in Limhamn that will comprise 109 apartments. The project consists of a basement and underground garage as well as the construction of five residential buildings. Facades will be slate and the buildings will have recessed penthouse apartments and larger terraces on the top floors.
Sustainability permeates the project and the apartment buildings will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, which means that they meet high standards for energy efficiency, a good indoor environment and environmentally adapted material choices.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work will start in the next few days and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2028.
The contract will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2025.
