Peab has been commissioned to build a new office building in Seinäjoki. The customer is OP Etelä-Pohjanmaa and the contract is worth EUR 10 million, which corresponds to SEK 108 million.
The new premises of the Etelä-Pohjanmaan Osuuspankki Bank will be built on the site of the old office building. In addition to office and customer service facilities, the building will have a restaurant at street level and separate business offices for OP's real estate operations. The gross area of the new premises will be 7,000 m2.

Construction will begin in June 2026 and the project is expected to be completed in December 2027.
The project will be order registered in business area Construction in the second quarter 2026.
