The members of the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Peab AB (publ) have now been appointed.
The Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Peab AB has been constituted in accordance with the principles for its appointment adopted by the Annual General Meeting.
The appointments were based on Euroclear Sweden AB’s shareholding statistics as at the last banking day in June 2026, aggregated by owner group and ranked by voting power. Where larger shareholders declined to appoint a member, the opportunity was offered to the next largest shareholders in turn, in accordance with the adopted principles.
The following members have been appointed to the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting:
- Anders Sundström, appointed by Ekhaga Utveckling AB
- Suzanne Sandler, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder AB
- Niclas Röken, appointed by ALCUR Fonder AB
- Anders Runevad, Chairman of the Board of Peab AB
The Nomination Committee has appointed Anders Sundström as its Chairman.
ALCUR Fonder AB is newly represented on the Nomination Committee. Cicero Fonder AB, which was represented on the previous Nomination Committee by Christer Sterndahlen, is not represented on the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
As at the last banking day in June 2026, the shareholders that have appointed members to the Nomination Committee together accounted for approximately 50.1 per cent of the total number of votes in Peab AB.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on April 29, 2027, at Grevieparken, Båstad Municipality.
